Service & Pricing
VYRA Labs sells subscriptions to “VYRA,” an AI-assisted personal training and nutrition application, by means of distance selling. All prices include 10% Japanese consumption tax.

- Internet and mobile data charges incurred while using the Service are borne by the user.
- No fees other than the prices displayed above are payable to VYRA Labs (excluding any platform-specific tax adjustments).

Payment timing
- Monthly and annual plans: charged at the start of the subscription and on each renewal date.
- Lifetime plan: charged once at the time of purchase.
- Free trial: no charge during the trial period; converts to a paid plan automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Delivery / Service Availability
Premium features become available immediately upon successful payment. Subscriptions remain active for the full duration of the billing cycle.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access to premium features until that date.
Refunds
- Because the Service consists of digital content, returns and refunds are not available as a general rule.
- Refund policies of the chosen platform (Apple / Google / Stripe) may apply and override this in some cases.
- The statutory cooling-off period under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act does not apply to this Service, because it is an electronic services contract (Article 26 paragraph 1 item 8 of the Act).
- Notwithstanding the above, refunds will be made where required by mandatory provisions of the Japanese Consumer Contract Act or other applicable consumer-protection law.
